Welcome to Future School Leaders. We are a competent, qualified and reputable group of Master Educators, whose mission it is, to holistically transform every schools in across India. We lead a small group of inspirational educators committed to transforming School Principals across India. In our personal opinion, the most influential change-makers in the country are India's School Principals. Yet nobody seems to understand, encourage or recognize the significance of the School Principal. Instead of thinking, designing and searching for new innovative ideas to enhance their school, the Principal is forced to micro-manage their school at every macro level. If only people realized that only a School Principal can bring about the abstract change in India's mindset, provided we allow them to travel around the world visiting holistic, alternative and democratic schools....just so that they can discover new ways to bring about a radical change to further enhance their own school systems, by observing the way schools function in different parts of the world.
